If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Calzados Casteller SL will admit a free change. From this change you will have to pay your own shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To qualify for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. The item must be in the original packaging and you must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. After inspecting the item, we will inform you of the status of the exchange.
If the change is approved, we will start shipping the new product.

For European countries, shipping is included in the price.
For the rest of the world, shipping one or two products costs €70 and three or four products cost €130.
