Is the product that I will receive the same as the one in the photo?

We manufacture our products by hand using traditional methods. There may be small differences from the photograph, but that is part of the charm of our products. Each one is unique.

Where can I see my invoice?

We will attach the invoice to your purchase and send it to you by email as soon as the order is ready to be shipped. You can also access it from your user menu, if you have registered.

How can I make a return?

We do not refund money for purchases, but we can replace the product with a similar one or a different size.

How long does it take to prepare an order?

The approximate delivery time is 10 business days, depending on the destination. Remember that we have to manufacture it expressly for you.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept credit card, Paypal and payment by bank transfer.
