HOW TO BUY IN THE CASTELLER ONLINE STORE?

Steps to make a purchase in our online store:
- Are you a registered user? If you are already registered you can access in the upper right part of the store. If you are not a user, do not worry, you can leave us your information during the purchase.
- Consult our catalog and choose the model that you like the most. All our products have been photographed in detail so that you can see their composition and finishes up close. Once you find your model, select a color and a size and press "add to cart”
- What if I can't find my size? If your size is not available, you can request it and we will notify you when we have stock available. Contact us from the menu option and select the tab in the form "Customer service online store". Leave us your size and your email. We will notify you!
- I have already selected the products I want to buy. Now what? When adding a product, it is added to the cart and from this you can "Process the Order" from the upper right "Cart" at any time.
- Once you click on "Process Order" the "Cart" appears and you can choose to "Continue shopping" or "PAY" and thus finish the purchase. If you are already a CASTELLER user, access your account or if you are not yet, you must register.
- Choose a payment method and shipping system and complete the purchase. The system will redirect you to a secure payment gateway, if you have selected payment by card. By bank transfer does not redirect to payment, the customer must enter their online banking and make the transfer to the account number provided.
